This is integratable with Pardot, and includes all your Pardot prospect information when you download the app.
This new feature is making waves in the Salesforce/Pardot community, enabling users to:

Use the Admin App to manage Salesforce from any Device
The Salesforce1 Admin App gives admins the tools needed to manage Salesforce from any device.
Admins can now:
- Instantly get updates from users and remotely reset passwords;
- Quickly freeze or deactivate users from any device;
- Access Salesforce maintenance and upgrade schedules directly inside the app
